Considering purchasing one of our puppies ??? Here is some important  information.

*Due to biosecurity and security issues, we do not allow people to come to our home. We always meet in a public place. This is for your safety and mine, plus the health/safety of our dogs.  *

If you plan on picking up your puppy in person, pickup will be in either Muskogee, OK or Checotah, OK. If you are wanting us to meet you with the puppy beyond either Checotah or Muskogee, we may be able to deliver further if our schedule permits for a delivery fee, just depending on what the distance is.

Puppies are not priced until after birth and prices are subject to change until that puppy has a deposit.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

    **If you would like to put a deposit on a puppy, please fill out our short Puppy Adoption Application. Once we review the application, we will notify you and accept a deposit at that point.  Deposits are accepted in the order of who submitted an application first. We do not take deposits on unborn puppies. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We require a  nonrefundable deposit of $300 to hold the puppy of your choice.  We have a few different options for you to use to pay your deposit.  These options include Zelle, Venmo, and Square. If the puppy is less than 4 weeks old, we will accept a personal check or money order mailed to us with a USPS tracking #.  We will not use Paypal under any circumstances due unscrupulous individuals using Paypal to scam us!

Once we have approved your request to put a deposit on a puppy, you will have  24 hours to submit the payment to us using one of the online payment options listed above or 24 hours to email us with the USPS tracking # from the envelope with the check/money order or the puppy will NOT be held (unless other arrangements have been made). This is for the best interest of the puppy. We have had people wanting us to hold a puppy without a deposit and then they change their minds (and many times don’t let us know). In the meantime, we have had other people interested in that puppy and we turn them down. Then the puppy has lost a chance to find a new home. It is important that the puppy gets into its new home in a timely manner so it can bond with its new family.  This deposit is nonrefundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy.  In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.  This deposit of $300 goes toward the purchase price. 

    The deposit will hold your puppy until the puppy is old enough to go to its new home.  It will be up to us, the breeders, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. This is usually at the age of 8-9 weeks, depending on the weight of the puppy and how easily it is weaned from the mother. We feel like it is best for the puppy if it is in its new home by the time it is 11 weeks old so unless it is a special case, you will need to be ready to bring the puppy into your home by 11 weeks old. We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. There is an additional $10 a day charge for puppies kept longer than the mutally agreed date of when the puppy will be ready for its new home.

 HEALTH GUARANTEE

**All our puppies do come with a health guarantee up to one year of age.  When you put a deposit on a puppy, we will email you a copy of our purchase agreement/health guarantee contract which contains all the above information, including the specifics of the health guarantee. PRICES

  **All prices on the website are pet prices unless otherwise stated.  What does that mean? It means that the puppy will come with a limited AKC registration. 

​

"Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration. A dog registered with an AKC limited registration shall be ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. It is eligible, however, to be entered in any other licensed or member event. These events include: Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility and Earthdog."

Full AKC registration may be available at an additional cost.
